Most of our store's products are shipped using UPS express services, and only in extremely rare cases do we encounter lost shipments. Should this occur, customers are protected by our after-sales service, and we will issue a full refund to the customer.

We primarily ship to the U.S. and offer free shipping, with delivery arriving within 10-15 days, including production time.
We can deliver to more than 190 countries and regions.

We understand that we cannot produce enough PokéBall! Sometimes, when our PokéBall start selling like hotcakes, unfortunately, we may not be able to keep up with production to meet the demand from customers until the order fulfillment center. If this happens, we will list those products for pre-order. We know the days when we can accept additional production orders, so these are the dates in parentheses next to the product name labeled "If available." Then, all orders will be shipped to our customers on the specified date. This allows our customers to pre-order their favorite designs and ensures they get their dream PokéBall.
